The Efland Ruritan Club host various events throughout the year. Check back regularly for new listings and happenings.

We are a organization whose membership lives in the area who are dedicated to strengthening community relations and making Efland a better place to live.
Efland Community Yard Sale
The area near the parking lot is available for anyone who desires to set up a yard sale on the second Saturday of each month. We ask that you clean up after you have completed your sale. There is no charge for using the Ruritan property and no need to contact anyone. Our yard is available for your use. Spots are first come first serve. There is no "start time" to setup but everything must be removed from the area by 2PM. Please be respectful of anyone renting the building as some renters may come to setup earlier in the day.

When: Friday November 18th & 25th. Friday December 2nd, 9th & 16th.
Where: Efland Ruritan Club
Time: 6PM till 9PM
Turkey Round: $3 to shoot; Pays $12
Ham Round: $5 to shoot; Pays $20
Money Round: $10 to shoot; Pays $50
*Shells will be provided
Ruritan Christmas Parade
When: Saturday December 10th. Lineup starts at 9AM and parade starts at 10AM.
Where: Lineup near Lloyd's carwash. Parade route follows Forrest Ave and ends at Efland Ruritan Club.
Community Support Programs
EflandConnect - Efland Area Communication Program
"EflandConnect" is a community based information system that serves as a vehicle to allow community civil, religious and service organizations to share information. Think of it simply as a "community phone tree" between area organizations. Any non-profit, non-political organization in the Efland or surrounding area that desires an opportunity to forward information that others in the area might want to know is invited to participate as a member of the system at no cost. The following are the type of information shared to system members: fund raising events; critical request for assistance; deaths; or anything that your organization thinks others in the community might need or might like to know.
Should your organization need addition information or desire to participate in the program, please contact us. The value of this program is in the number and diversity of organizations participating.
