Because of the massive devastation caused by Hurricane Helene in our mountain communities, the Efland Ruritan Club is raising money at the rodeo to help the people and communities affected. We will have a donation jar at the t-shirt booth for anyone who is able and wishes to donate to this cause. We will also match the donations raised (up to $5000) to double what is sent to help these communities.
2024 Efland Ruritan Club Rodeo Weather Alert:
Due to conditions left from the recent storms, we have canceled the rodeo this weekend and rescheduled it for Friday, November 1 and Saturday, November 2. The ticket booth and gates will open at 5pm and the rodeo will start at 7pm both nights .
2024 Efland Ruritan Club Rodeo
This is a full rodeo with bronco riding, barrel racing, bull riding, and more. Bring the whole family and join us for an evening of fun.
We will have multiple vendors offering a variety of food inside the gates. We will also have bounce houses and a pony ride for the kids.
The money raised by the rodeo is used by the Efland Ruritan Club to support our community. This money goes to scholarships, families in need, and other worthy causes.
Date: November 1 and 2, 2024
Time: Ticket booth and gates will open at 5PM. The rodeo will start at 7PM.
Cost: $7 - Children aged 5 - 12
$15 - Adults
$14 - Adults with military ID (active, reserve, retired)
$7 - Military in uniform

Parking will be on the lawn in front of the Efland Ruritan Club buildings. If the lot in front of the Efland Ruritan Club building is full, we will have overflow parking on Maple St. Parking is free.
Weather Policy: We will have the rodeo rain or shine. However, if severe weather causes us to postpone the rodeo, the details and alternate dates will be posted here and on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Efland-Ruritan-Club-105926586098089/).
Please note: Smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes), pets, coolers, and folding chairs will NOT be allowed inside the gates.
